Work-based learning programmes for you and your employer

Our apprenticeship programmes provide proven benefits to employers, existing company employees looking to upskill and new apprentices. The apprenticeships are delivered by IOEx Ltd.

For employers, it can provide organisations with a competent, skilled workforce and support all businesses trading internationally, from exporting companies, importers, logistics companies, banks, software providers and trade consultants.

Training is specifically tailored to ensure existing company employees and apprentices develop the skills the employer wants and needs, reducing skills shortages and removing barriers to businesses trading internationally.

Studying for an apprenticeship qualification allows learners to combine practical training in their job with study. These qualifications offer the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside experienced staff
  • Gain job-specific skills
  • Apply learned theory directly to your workplace
  • Earn a wage and get holiday pay
  • Study towards a relevant qualification
