When it comes to customs documentation it is vitally important that importers and exporters understand the information required to be submitted, as in most cases it is the importer and exporter who would be liable for this information, even if it is done by a third party, which in most cases it is.

To prepare us all for the UK’s departure from the European Union, our one day Customs Procedures & Documentation training course covers everything that you will need to know to enable goods to be imported and exported post Brexit.

No one knows for certain what will happen with Brexit and the only certainty for UK businesses going forwards is that uncertainty will continue. Businesses can no longer wait and see. They need to plan for a no-deal, ensuring they have an understanding of how customs procedures and checks work in place, in case they become the order of the day in 2019, 2020 or beyond.

The training course offers a very detailed and comprehensive look at the information that is required to be submitted to customs to enable goods to be imported and exported. It also looks at the differences between EU and non EU trade.

Delays, fines and inspections are things that no company wants to endure, hence this course will equip attendees with the information to be able to understand what is required to comply with customs and if at any time an audit by HMRC was required, then to be able to be prepared.
