If you’re a professional member or business member of the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, you can renew your membership now in your membership portal using the step-by-step guide below. Alternatively you can renew by calling us at 01733 404 400 or by emailing membershipsupport@export.org.uk. Our membership support team will be happy to help you.
Renewing your membership:
- Login to your membership account and navigate to your portal.
- If your membership renewal is due within the next 30 days, you’ll see a notification on your ‘Dashboard’, and an option to ‘pay now’ as you scroll down the dashboard screen.
- Select ‘pay now’ to renew your membership for another year. Alternatively, you can navigate to ‘payments’ with the card icon in the left-hand navigation bar. Here you’ll see the amount due, your invoice number and the option to ‘pay now’.
- Select ‘pay now’ within the ‘dashboard’ or ‘payments’ sections of your portal, add your payment details and select ‘pay’ to finalise your membership renewal.
If you would like to receive a membership renewal invoice before completing your renewal payment, please contact us at membershipsupport@export.org.uk or call 01733 404 400. We’d be happy to provide this to you.
You can renew your membership online in your portal once your renewal notification is live. Your renewal notification will appear 1-month (30 days) before your subscription is due to expire. If you’d like to renew your membership sooner, please call us at +44 01733 404 400. We’d be happy to answer your questions and process your renewal over the phone.
