Customs Corner: New CBAM requirements, EUDR delay and ICS2 becomes mandatory

The beginning of 2026 has already been marked by a host of changes to major regulations, not least the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), which has now moved beyond reporting requirements, as well as its Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), which has been pushed back.
