Member exclusive event

Duration:

1 Hour

Location:

Online Only

Start Date:

23 Apr 2026 12:00 pm

International traders face an increasing list of regulations they have to keep up with. Some of the latest examples are a pair of environmental-focused legislation that affects the packaging of products.
The UK extended producer responsibility (EPR) and EU Packaging Waste Directive are both now in force, and place rules on the packaging of product, including re-use targets, and recyclability and labelling requirements.
In this member-exclusive Lunchtime Learning webinar, Chartered Institute Ilona Kawka explains both the UK EPR and EU Packaging Waste Directive, giving practical tips to importers, exporters and manufacturers on how to stay compliant with these rules.

When: 12:00 – 13:00 GMT, Thursday 23 July 2026

Where: Microsoft Teams

Delegates are invited to send questions in advance to editor@export.org.uk.
