On a personal level, this also greatly improved my working practices in my day-to-day role. Through completing research on CBAM (for Module 3) and EUDR (for Module 4) I have effectively launched two new products within the consultancy services at Business West, and now conduct thorough audits on site for companies across the region. I thoroughly enjoyed working on Module 4 of the DWCCR training course. The dissertation provided an excellent opportunity to deepen my understanding of customs and data analytics. I particularly appreciated being able to select my own topic for the dissertation, which allowed me to explore an area of personal interest in greater depth.

The resources and reading materials provided on the portal were well-selected and invaluable in helping me improve my technical knowledge.
