Join our free webinar to learn about the development and implementation of Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanisms (CBAMs) in the EU, UK and beyond.

Since the EU first announced its CBAM regulations in 2023, businesses and trade professionals have been grappling with the compliance repercussions for their supply chains.

Importers in the EU and exporters outside the bloc have needed to comply with the new rules to avoid penalties, but it has proven to be a continually evolving set of rules, requiring diligent attention.

The UK is set to introduce its own CBAM regulations in 2027 and is currently working with industry on the scope and detail of this. Other nations – including the US and Canada – have also been exploring introducing their own carbon border schemes.

This free webinar from the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade will look at what’s coming down the track in the UK and EU’s development and implementation of CBAMs, giving traders introductory insight into how to stay ahead on CBAM compliance.

Delegates are invited to send questions in advance to editor@export.org.uk.
