Friendly and knowledgeable trainer. Any questions asked the tutor answered, and if not known, they asked colleagues and answers were provided. Course contained a lot of information and very thorough in everything covered.

The tutor was very lovely, she explained everything clearly. Particularly when discussing the composite export health certificates, which is a bit more complicated, so very helpful! The course was well structured and allowed for questions in between so was at a good pace!

The onsite health check went exceptionally well, I was amazed at how open, honest, and frank the Westmill staff were. I know that if we had gone with one of the big 4, the outcome would have been very different. The consultant made all involved feel comfortable and able to express their thoughts and concerns without holding back.
