Siemens Enterprise Communications Global Contracts Director Becomes IOE Fellow

The Institute of Export warmly welcomes Cynthia Hollinsworth, Director Global Contracts Management, Siemens Enterprise Communications, as a Fellow.
A member of the IOE for over two decades – and accredited as trainer and international trade specialist of the Institute, Cynthia’s Fellow status reflects her powerful track record and contribution to both the Institute and international trade.
With a career spanning over 25 years in exporting to Europe, North America, Africa, Middle East and Asia, and fluent in French and German, Cynthia has been in her current role since 2010 and received a prestigious Gold Acclaim Award in special recognition of her contribution to the business in 2012. The accolade celebrates employees who demonstrate key attributes of excellence, self-motivation and a clear focus on enabling world-class reliability, innovation and customer service.
Other career highlights include her appointment as Lead Subject Matter Expert for the NASBITE (North American Small Business International Trade Educators) Certified Global Business Professional Exam (CGBP TM) (www.nasbite.org) while living in USA. Cynthia’s expertise was instrumental in the launch and development of the CGBP TM.
Institute of Export Director General Lesley Batchelor says: “A great champion of promoting international trade, Cynthia’s extensive experience spans key areas including identifying economic, political and cultural risks and mitigation techniques, international contracts under a variety of jurisdictions and trade finance. Her status as Fellow recognises the invaluable help and support that Cynthia has given the Institute over the years.”
Fellows are elected by their peers for their outstanding achievements, eminence in the course of their employment in international business or in overseas related trade and/or who have made an outstanding contribution to the Institute.
