As part of our commitment to build competence in British businesses, the Institute produces a series of Regional Trade Summits that bring together experts and leading authorities to speak on the key issues of the day.
These one-day events explore the increasingly complex international trade environment, looking at the many opportunities and a few challenges currently facing those working in international trade.
For the South West Summit, the morning presentations will be followed by an 'International Trade Assembly' - a two-hour session, in partnership with the FSB, in which we will discuss how exporters in the south west can make the most of the opportunities that international trade presents.
09:30-13:00 - World Trade Summit (followed by light lunch and networking)
Aimed at businesses in the South West region who are currently working in international trade or looking to expand overseas. The morning Summit will bring together trade experts and leading authorities to speak about opportunities for UK businesses beyond the EU.
