IOE forges partnership with international publisher

Global Trader Magazine - Spring 2012We’re delighted to announce that the Institute has teamed up with international business publication Global Trader to collaborate on its quarterly magazine; we are now an official media partner of the flagship title in the Global Trader portfolio.

The arrangement will see a four-page section of IOE news in every issue of GT magazine, starting with the summer edition, with our membership and other associates receiving free magazines and ebooks.

The magazine, which focuses on different trading regions of the world, covers topics ranging from finance and banking to retail and lifestyle. The current issue includes a foreword from Baroness Lynda Chalker, former Foreign Office Minister.

We know that our members need to stay at the cutting edge of international business, both to maintain their knowledge base and to ensure that they optimise all the potential they can for their businesses. This new relationship with Global Trader adds a new dimension to the information available to help them trade profitably.

Eric Jackson, editor of Global Trader, which is part of the Ten Alps Group, has said that the deal with “such a respected organisation” is a great endorsement of the Global Trader brand. Our respective teams have enjoyed working together in the past so making the link official should be especially rewarding.

Global Trader already produces guides and briefs in association with the British Chambers of Commerce whilst also working closely with UK Trade and Investment. We look forward to maximising our connections over forthcoming issues of the publication.
