The executive shall have the power to elect as a Fellow of the Institute, any Member with the requisite number of years membership judged applicable by the executive who can demonstrate outstanding achievements and has reached eminence in the course of his/her employment in international business or in overseas related trade and/or has made an outstanding contribution to the Institute.
Such application should be supported by six full members, of whom at least three must be council members.
It is not possible to join The Institute at this level
